All our products are fully licensed by Health Canada as natural health products and undergo strict quality control. Health Canada NPN# is clearly indicated on the product label and the expiry date of the product is printed on every individual unit. It is your responsibility to read Directions & Cautions and check the expiry date before using the product.
All products are 100% returnable and refundable up to 30 days from date of purchase. If you find yourself having to return a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us right away to see how we can remedy the situation quickly for you. A damaged product is considered a product with any visible external damage(s). All we require is proof of purchase from Natureteq Inc. The product must be in its original packaging and with unbroken seal. If you are returning damaged goods, we reserve the right to request digital damage photos before a refund is issued or a replacement is sent.
If there was an error in the product that we shipped, we will gladly correct the order at our complete cost, including shipping. If the order was correct, but the product is being returned or exchanged, you, the purchaser, will be responsible for all related shipping costs, except for the returned damaged goods.
Please note that if a refund is requested, we can only refund the product cost and it does not include third party shipping costs, which are not refundable.
