SHIPPING POLICY

All orders purchased, ship from our warehouse in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Online orders are usually processed the same or following day, depending on the time received, but may require up to 3 business days for processing. We do not process shipments on weekends or on Canadian statutory holidays.

There are times when an order may require additional processing time due to the size of the order or volume of orders being processed. We understand there may be an urgency to receive your product and it is our intention to have your MEDISTIK product delivered to you as quickly as possible. We will do our best to notify you of any delays.

International Shipping Information and Policies

Medistik PROFESSIONAL does ship product to addresses outside of Canada through Canada Post. We do not charge duties or any other taxes on International orders and the customer is responsible to settle any importing fees and/or taxes through appropriate channels.

The following timelines are provided by CANADA POST as shown on their website at the time of posting. Times based on delivery to major urban centres.

• LOCAL: Expedited Parcel = 1 day

• REGIONAL: Expedited Parcel = up to 3 days

• NATIONAL: Expedited Parcel = up to 7 days

Lost, Damaged or Missing Products in The Parcel

It can happen that the parcel gets lost or damaged during shipping. While we can not guarantee this will not happen, we will make our best efforts to locate your parcel and/or provide a replacement for your order at no cost to you.
